New Modifications

 ** We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time per the guidance of the Sonoma County Health Department and the State of California. **  

What to Expect When You Arrive

  • No contact temperatures of staff and students will be taken before entering the building. Anyone with a temperatures over 100.4 degrees will not be allowed in the facility.
  • All person entering the building will have to wash their hands before entering. 
  • Masks must be worn by everyone until they are directed otherwise by instructors. Masks must be present at all times. Masks will be required unless students are in the designated workout area. 
  • Students, staff, and parents will be required to maintain 6 ft at all times. 
  • We will not allow any students or staff in the facility if they show any symptoms for COVID-19 which include:  Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.

What to Bring

  •  A face mask, with an ability to hang from the neck when not needed.
  • Please arrive dressed in uniform. The bathroom will not be available for changing purposes. 
  • Water bottle (Our drinking fountain will not be accessible).
  • Training socks (No shoes or bare feet will be allowed in the studio) Parents coming in with small children must take their shoes off before entering as well, please have socks of some kind.

What Not to Bring

  •  Cash - Parents may add a $20 credit at a time to their account for snacks and drinks - At the bottom of this page is a link to access our pro shop. 
  • Sparring gear - There will be no contact sparring until further notice. 
  • Any other additional personal items; including food or drinks, other than water. 

Cleaning Policies

  • We are taking a comprehensive approach to proper cleaning and disinfecting protocol. These procedures are in place in accordance with governmental and CDC guidelines. 
  • All doors will remain open to eliminate a frequently touched surface. Bathroom door handles will be disinfected after each use. 
  • The studio will be closed for 15 minutes in between each class to clean the mats, equipment, and frequently touched surfaces.

Limited Class Sizes

  • We will only be offering a limited amount of classes in person for the time being.
  • Students will be required to reserve a spot in their classes if they choose to come for in person classes. 
  • Parents of any child over 6 years old will be asked to not enter the building but will be able to log into our zoom class to watch their student from their cars or home. 
  • Parents of children 6 years old or younger will have to follow the same protocols as students; masks must be worn at all times, hands must be washed prior to entering, temperatures must be taken. 
  • We also ask that only 1 parent enter the building and no extra siblings to limit exposure and we do not exceed capacity.

What You Can Do

  • Stay home if you are feeling sick to protect others at risk. 
  • Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, and nose. 
  • Frequently wash your hands using hot, soapy water for 20 seconds. 
  • If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. 
  • Engage in no-contact greetings. Avoid shaking hands, as well as high-fives and touching the hands of others. 
  • Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze with a tissue or flexed elbow; throw tissue away immediately and wash hands. 

Class Structures

Outdoor Classes

Students will be appointed to a designated workout area that maintains the 6 ft social distancing. 

  • They will not have to wear their masks for warming up, stretching, and any other training in their 6 ft social distancing area. 
  • They will have to wear their masks when they practice their forms (we will try to maintain the 6 ft distance but we will have the mask on as a precaution).

  You will be directed to enter the same email that you have on file. You will then receive a temporary password to use to log in.  Once you have received the temporary password, you will be able to go back to the login screen and copy that password to login to the Online Portal.  Once you are logged in, you can change your password.

 Once you are in the Online Portal, you will be able to click the 'Schedule Classes' option to choose a class and reserve a spot!

You  will see a list of your available classes and when you have decided on the class they you want to book, you will select 'more details'. This will give you a few additional details of the class and have the option to Register.

 After you have selected Register, it gives the option to 'Book Recurring' and 'Book this Day'.  Please select 'Book this Day." 

 Once you have booked the class, you will receive confirmation that you are scheduled.
